The same person handles the menu, the timing, your other vendors, and the run of the night, start to finish. When the ceremony runs long or the weather turns, you're not the one solving it. Menu pricing is food only. Staff, tax, and gratuity are quoted separately. We'll show you the full number before you commit, not after.

Yes. We've built a network of trusted vendors across the Bay Area, people we've actually worked with and trust. Once we understand your vision, we'll recommend the right fit and coordinate with them.
Absolutely, we recommend it. A tasting is the best way to make sure the menu is exactly right for you, and we'll schedule it at a time that works.
We'll redesign them. That's not a problem. That's the whole point of custom menus. We keep iterating until it feels right to you.
No problem. We adjust on the fly. No penalties, no surprises.
It depends on your guest count, menu, and service level. We work with couples from $45–$150+ per person. Let's talk about what matters to you.
Our team is trained to handle anything. We've seen it all. But more importantly, we plan so carefully that problems rarely happen, and if they do, we fix them quietly so your guests never notice.
We work with the established local rental companies and coordinate everything for you. We don't own the rentals ourselves, so they're billed separately from your per-guest price, but you won't be the one making those calls.
We provide the bartenders and you supply the alcohol. We'll send you a full list of what to buy for your guest count and the drinks you want, so nothing gets missed.
A 50% deposit holds your date. Cancel more than 60 days out and your deposit is refunded in full. Inside 60 days, half the deposit is refunded.
